WHICH QUALITY OF A DIAMOND YOU SERVE?
My Gems Jewelry offers the best quality of a diamond which guaranteed by certificate of GIA&HRD and our expert team which have experience more than 20 years. All our diamonds over 0.30 carat have been certified by GIA or HRD which are the world’s leading diamond grading institutes.
WHAT IF OUR RING’S SIZE DOESN’T FIT TO YOU?
My Gems Jewelry will resize for any our rings that does not fit for you by free-of-charge (+/- no more than 3 sizes). Please contact us for more information at info@mygemsjewelry.com or call 02-853-9386. The resized ring process will be take 1 day of service after receiving it. However, to ensure the closest fit possible, please use our ring size guide before placing your order.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR DIAMOND PRICES?
Our prices comply with the current diamond market and may fluctuate based on the Rapaport Price List, which is the international benchmark used to establish diamond prices in major markets. The cost of individual jewelry items may also increase or decrease based on international gold and platinum trading prices.

PAYMENT METHOD?
My Gems Jewelry accepts online payments via Paypal for all major credit cards or through money transfers made with the following banks:
   - Kasikorn Bank
   - SCB
   - Bangkok Bank
   - TMB
IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?
My Gems Jewelry uses the PayPal online payment system, which ensures that all personal information submitted to us is completely secure. There is an additional fee of 4.5% in order to use this system but they accept all major credit cards and are one of the safest methods to make payments online. Alternatively, you may make a direct bank transfer.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once we receive the payment for your order, we immediately start on production and secure your diamond. Unfortunately, this also means that we do not accept order cancellations as we have already invested in your request. However, we offer a 30-day exchange policy on certain items for full store credit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DO YOU OFFER CASH REFUNDS?
No, we do not offer cash refunds. For customers who qualify, we have an attractive 30-day exchange policy for store credit under My Gems Jewelry’s condition.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

SHIPPING INFORMATION

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY JEWELRY?
There are 2 options for customers to receive the jewelry. The first option is the customer can come to pick up your jewelry at our shop. The second option is My Gems Jewelry will ship your jewelry to you by mail.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
For delivery by mail, once your order has been received and confirmed, we will send you an email with a tracking code to stay updated on the status of your item(s).
HOW WILL MY ITEM BE DELIVERED?
All orders from My Gems Jewelry will be delivered straight to your specified address with no shipping fee. We use credible and registered shipping agents to get your jewelry safely to you.
WILL MY DELIVERY BE INSURED?
Yes, we will purchase the insurance to protect your jewelry upon delivery.
WHAT WILL MY PACKAGE LOOK LIKE UPON ARRIVAL?
All jewelry will come in a size-appropriate box that is also perfect for storing your item for safekeeping. Rings will be placed in an elegant box that is ideal for proposing or gifting.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer the worldwide shipping for the customers. For shipping outside Thailand, My Gems Jewelry has the extra charge for the shipping fee which depend on the country that we deliver.
